This patient received the following procedures:
- 64 year old female presents after 40 lb weight loss from semiglutide medications (ozempic, GLP-1) and is bothered by the heaviness in her upper eyelids, the heaviness of her jowls and neck skin excess. She feels her face dropped after weight loss. She presented to us because she wants a natural looking facelift and knows our reputation for a natural facelift. The patient underwent a lateral browlift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, deep plane facelift with buccal fat pad removal, fat injection for facial volume support, and CO2 laser around the mouth and eyes to help with lines and crepey skin. The procedure was performed over 6 hours.
