This patient received the following procedures:
- 77-year-old female who had a previous facelift 25 years ago wants her face to look refreshed and natural. She is bothered mostly by the fullness under her eyes, the folds and lines around the mouth, jowling, and heaviness in her neck. The patient underwent a mini browlift, lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty for fat removal under the eyes, deep plane facelift with neck liposuction, fat injection to midface, cheeks, chin, and around the mouth, as well as CO2 laser around the mouth to improve the texture and finer lines in this area.
