This patient received the following procedures:
- 8 year follow up after facelift: 47 year old female with obvious facial asymmetry desired an improved neckline, jowling and jawline definition, marionette folds, and improvement in chin weakness. She also hoped for better lip symmetry but discussed this was more due to muscle movement and would be a challenge surgically. We did not see the patient in follow up for 8 years. The after images show the patient at 55 years old after a 3.5 hour surgery for SMAS facelift, neck liposuction, and chin implant placement to strengthen her jawline and neckline.
