This patient received the following procedures:
- 62 year old female bothered by her jowling, neck heaviness, and low brows. The patient had a facelift previously 10 years ago to create symmetry after bell’s palsy. The patient is nervous that she won’t look natural so declined our recommendation for a fat transfer to her nasolabial folds and marionette folds to address her volume loss. The after images reveal the patient after a 4.5 hour surgery for lateral browlift, SMAS facelift, and bilateral buccal fat removal with a nice natural improvement.
