This patient received the following procedures:
- 73 year old male bothered by deep nasolabial folds, marionette folds, jowling and neck skin excess and banding in the neck. The patient underwent two SMAS facelifts with fat grafting in the last 2 years but feels he doesn’t see much difference in the areas that really bother him. He mentions he has difficulty gaining weight and loses weight easily and we discussed this may limit the results of his fat grafting. We performed a lower blepharoplasty, deep plane facelift with fat injection, and CO2 laser around the mouth over a 5.5 hour procedure.
