This patient received the following procedures:
- 71 year old male who wants to keep a bald / shaved look is bothered by the excess skin in his neck as well as low brows that makes him look tired. A long discussion about the visibility of incisions around the ear because of having a shaved head was discussed with the patient who preferred the potential scars over the excess skin in the neck. Also, typically brow incisions are made in the hairline. In this case, a deep central forehead wrinkle was used to hide the browlift scar. The patient underwent a SMAS facelift, neck liposuction, fat injection, and a midforehead browlift.
