This patient received the following procedures:
- 59 year old female who lost 70 lbs after bariatric surgery is now bothered by her droopy cheeks, deep nasolabial folds, jowling and neck skin excess. The patient underwent a deep plane facelift with fat injections to address the midface, jawline, and neck. Generally, a browlift is necessary with a deep plane facelift but, in this case, her brows were already high so this was avoided by extending the facelift incisions to allow for a deep plane approach.
