This patient received the following procedures:
- 35 yo Caucasian female who feels her nose is crooked, sticks out too far from her face, and has a hump. She also has difficulty breathing from her right side. She wants her nose to be straighter and in better balance with her other facial features. Patient underwent an open rhinoplasty with hump removal, narrowing of the bridge, tip deprojection and narrowing, septoplasty and septal reconstruction, with multiple cartilage grafts to help straighten and strengthen her new smaller nose.
