This patient received the following procedures:
- 60 year old female who disliked the heaviness in her neck. She did not want a facelift because of concerns of scarring and keloids. Discussed using facetite with neck liposuction as an alternative that would provide improvement without any incisions but understanding it is not a facelift. Patient after facetite to jowls, jawline, and neck followed by neck liposuction and a morpheus treatment performed the same day. End result shows a much improved profile with significant less neck heaviness. Remaining fullness is patient's salivary glands and large tongue muscle.
