- 39 year old female who has noted excess neck skin and loss of jawline definition after childbirth with her fluctuating weight. She would like to tighten her neck skin and achieve as much jawline definition as possible. The patient is noted to genetically have a windpipe that slants forward limiting her neck result. The patient underwent a modified deep plane necklift with neck liposuction and fat injections during a 3.5 hour procedure to maximize her jawline and neckline results.
