36-year-old female who was bothered by her thin lips and the heaviness under her chin. was interested in chin liposuction but concerned that her skin would sag after the fat was removed. After images show the patient after facetite of the jawline and full neck with neck liposuction to debulk heaviness, tighten jawline, and sharpen neckline. After images also show the patient with lip augmentation using filler to achieve an age-appropriate natural lip appearance.
