This patient received the following procedures:
- 53 year old female presents with a desire to improve her tired eyes, jowling and worsening nasolabial and marionette folds. She would also like to sharpen her upper eyelid crease and sharpen her jawline. She is also interested in a mild cat eye / fox eye appearance. The patient has maintained her facial appearance with fillers and botox for years at a med spa and takes good care of her skin. The patient is shown after an upper blepharoplasty, lateral canthal tendon repositioning (cat eye / fox eye procedure), deep plane facelift with fat injections to her temples and perioral region. Though a browlift is typically performed with deep plane facelifts, this was avoided because of her already well positioned brows. The procedure took 5 hours to complete.
