This patient received the following procedures:
- 58 year old female who presents with heaviness on her upper eyelids especially laterally as well as feeling like her face is falling and bothered by her nasolabial folds and marionette folds and loose neck skin. She had a previous minifacelift and wanted those scars improved. The patient underwent a 4.5 hr procedure that entailed a lateral browlift, upper blepharoplasty, modified deep plane facelift with neck lipo, and buccal fat pad removal.
