This patient received the following procedures:
- 30 year old hispanic female who desired a more feminine nose that fit her face. She disliked the width of her tip and her nostrils and felt her nose looked flat. Patient underwent open rhinoplasty to narrow the nasal tip, ala, and nasal bridge to bring the nose into harmony with the rest of her facial features.
