This patient received the following procedures:
- 40 year old African American female who wanted an ethnic looking nose but was bothered by her low bridge, wide tip, and wide nostrils that did not match the rest of her face. She was also bothered by the bags under her eyes and the darkness under her eyes. Patient underwent lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty (no skin incision) with mid facial fat injections and open rhinoplasty with dorsal implant, alar reduction and tip narrowing to create a smoother lower eyelid, fuller mid face with fewer shadows, and a nose better balanced for her face.
