This patient received the following procedures:
19 year old female who felt her nose was too wide for her face and felt that her nose widened with smiling and felt her nostrils were too wide. She also did not like the hump on her nose. The after images reveal the patient after a 3.5 hour open ethnic rhinoplasty with hump removal, tip lifting, tip narrowing and alar reduction.
