24 year old female who wanted to balance her upper and lower face. She felt her lower face and neck were too heavy, lacked a defined jawline and neckline, and felt her midface was flatter than her lower face.. The after images reveal the patient after a 2.5 hour surgery for buccal fat removal, neck and jawline liposuction, as well as fat injection to her midface, nasolabial folds and marionette folds to create an improved neckline, jawline, and midface contour.
