This patient received the following procedures:
62 year old female who is bothered by the puffiness under her eyes, drooping of her cheeks, heaviness around her mouth and the excess skin in her neck. She notes that she has had filler a long time ago under her eyes. The patient underwent a lateral browlift, lower blepharoplasty, deep plane facelift with neck liposuction to create a smoother neck contour, fat injection to areas around the mouth, CO2 laser to tighten the crepey skin around the eyes, to help with the vertical lines around the lips, and to her nasal pores and an old nasal scar. She was found to have filler under her eyes which was also dissolved at time of surgery.
