This patient received the following procedures:
- 43 year old female who feels her face and neck are sagging after a 100 lb recent weight loss. She feels that her face and neck are drooping and dislikes the bands in her neck. She wants to look more refreshed but still look like herself. Patient noted to have facial and neck skin excess but also midface and lower face volume loss. Patient after mini facelift with neck liposuction and fat transfer to the face. Fat transfer is used to support the lifted skin to create a more natural end result.
