This patient received the following procedures:
- 62 year old female concerned with her drooping face, heavy lower eyelid bags, jowling and neck skin excess and neck heaviness. She was noted to have significant lower eyelid swelling from previous filler injections. Once the lower lid filler was dissolved, the patient underwent a lateral browlift, lower blepharoplasty with CO2 laser, deep plane facelift with neck liposuction and fat grafting which took approximately 5.5 hours to complete.
