- This patient received the following procedures: 66 year old female who is bothered by the heaviness around her mouth and chin as well as the heaviness in her neck. On exam, she had excess fatty tissue in the neck as well as jowling along the jawline and drooping of her cheek tissues. The patient underwent a facelift with neck liposuction, and fat grafting to the areas under her eyes, in her temples, around the mouth, and in her chin.
