This patient received the following procedures:
- 73 year old female who is bothered by the heaviness on her upper eyelids, puffiness of her lower eyelids, drooping folds around her mouth, and loose neck skin. The patient has a vascular malformation on her right cheek and was told she could not have a facelift or eyelid surgery because of this. The patient was treated preoperatively with our brown skin protocol to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation and hypertrophic scarring after facial incisions. The patient underwent a browlift, upper blepharoplasty to improve the heaviness on her upper eyelids, lower blepharoplasty to help with tightening the lower eyelid, as well as facelift to tighten jawline and neckline, with fat injection to treat mild volume loss around the mouth, chin, and under eyes.
