This patient received the following procedures:
70 year old male bothered by jowling, excess skin in neck, drooping of facial skin, loss of jawline definition, and marionette folds. He also noticed that his brows were low and uneven. The patient underwent a lateral browlift differentially treated to create better symmetry, fat grafting to midface, under eyes, in the nasolabial folds as well as the marionette folds (smile lines), deep plane facelift and neck lift to lift cheek tissues, recreate jawline definition and to decrease heaviness in neck.
