This patient received the following procedures:
- 52 year old female who has been seeing signs of aging over the last 10 years now desires improvement in her low brows, heavy upper lids, lower eyelid loose skin with puffiness and hollowing, excess skin on jawline (jowling), and excess skin in neck. The patient exhibits considerable volume loss in temples, under the lower eyelids, in midface, and around mouth after weight loss and with normal aging. Note that the patient has natural asymmetry in her face with right cheek larger than her left and left corner of her mouth pulling more than her right. The patient underwent a lateral browlift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, modified deep plane facelift with fat injections to temples, lower eyelid hollows, cheeks, NL folds, and marionette folds, with CO2 laser around the mouth to help with lip lines.
