This patient received the following procedures:
- 74 year old female who was unhappy with a previous facelift performed elsewhere presents because she is still bothered by the puffiness and skin excess in her lower eyelids as well as jowling and loose neck skin present. She is also bothered by some of the heaviness on her upper eyelid as well as a thinner upper lip and lines around her mouth. After images reveal the patient after a lateral browlift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, modified deep plane facelift with neck lipo, upper lip lift to reduce distance between nose and upper lip and to recreate lip eversion, as well as fat injection for midfacial and lower eyelid hollowing and CO2 laser around the mouth for lipstick lines.
