This patient received the following procedures:
- 65 year old female bothered by her loose jawline, jowling, lines around the mouth, heavy neck and loose neck skin. The patient had a lower eyelid blepharoplasty 25 years ago but was starting to notice lower eyelid changes as well. She was noted to have a small chin on exam. She underwent a lateral browlift, lower blepharoplasty, facelift with neck liposuction, chin implant placement to address a weak chin, fat injection, buccal fat removal to help with jowling, and CO2 laser around the mouth.
