Dr. Mike Majmundar’s practice is unique in that it focuses exclusively on plastic surgery of the face, head and neck. As a double board certified facial plastic surgeon, his complete approach to facial aesthetics promotes healthy skin, youthful contours, and natural results, without appearing “done” or artificial.

Dr. Mike Majmundar – Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Mike has been named a Top Doctor by Atlanta Magazine, a National Top Doctor by U.S. News & World Report & Castle Connolly , a Top Beauty Expert by The Atlantan, Best Self, and Northside Woman, and ‘Best Botox and Filler Injector’ by Jezebel. In addition, Dr. Majmundar has served as a clinical instructor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of New Mexico Hospital System, where he helped train medical students and surgical residents. He was ranked in the top 6% nationally on the facial plastic surgery written board examination, graduated in the top 10% of his medical school class at the Medical College of Georgia, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemistry and a Certificate (Minor) in Biochemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and was Valedictorian of his high school class.
His achievements include many publications in facial plastic surgery literature and several presentations at major national and international facial plastic surgery meetings. Dr. Mike is a member of the American Association of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the world’s largest association of facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons, and the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery
Marc Klein, MD – Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Marc Klein has practiced plastic surgery in the northern Atlanta area for 20 years. He is a graduate of Duke University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with honors, and Rutgers Medical School, where he also graduated with honors. He completed a six-year residency in general surgery at the University of Maryland, followed by a two year residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He was a research fellow in plastic surgery during his general surgery residency, and a trauma fellow at the prestigious Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital. He has published many articles and participated in plastic surgery research.
Patients often ask Dr. Klein: “Why plastic surgery?” Dr. Klein was influenced largely by his own experience as a patient, when he was burned at the age of six. His experience instilled in him an appreciation of plastic surgery and the relationship between patient and physician. Patients will find in Dr. Klein an empathetic physician who provides honest advice and a surgeon who strives to meet and exceed patient expectations.
Dr. Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery.
Steve McCormick – Practice Administrator
Steve joined Northside Plastic Surgery having spent the last decade as an Operations Manager, Operations Director, and Chief Operating Officer for specialty medical practices and medical centers helping them grow and expand with a focus on quality outcomes. Steve is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelors degree in Business Management, and a graduate of the Coles College of Business MBA program at Kennesaw State University.
Steve enjoys leading a team of highly trained professionals and managing all aspects of business from finances to day-to-day operations. Steve works hardest to keep the focus on professional and personalized patient experience. He is primarily a staff resource but interacts with clients and vendors regarding business matters. He enjoys keeping everyone up-to-date on current procedures, introduction of new products and specials and working with physicians for best demonstrated practices. Steve will answer any questions you have about practice policies and procedures.

Lisa Alexander – RN, BA
Lisa Alexander, RN, is a Registered Nurse with over 21 years of experience and extended her practice as a certified nurse injector of neurotoxins, fillers and Kybella.
She is a member of AORN in Peri-Operative Nursing and has worked extensively in all specialties of surgery, with a great focus on plastic surgery procedures (cosmetic as well as reconstructive).
Because of her experience in the operating room with plastic surgeons, she quickly found a passion for the aesthetic industry. Lisa completed a comprehensive program and received the title as Certified Nurse Injector in 2008. She has consistently achieved excellence by continuing her education in the aesthetic industry by attending seminars and educational events surrounding the latest techniques in injection of the face.
Lisa has been referred to as a “visionary and great listener, always putting the patient first”. To that she says “I, first and foremost, am called to be a nurse. The patient’s desires, expectations and health always come first. Together we communicate and coordinate a plan that ensures their optimum satisfaction and health. I have always been a seeker and giver of knowledge and have had amazing teachers along the way who have taught me what great responsibility and honor it is to be a nurse.”
Stacey Corell – Senior Medical Assistant, Clinical Director, and Patient Coordinator
Stacey Corell received her Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology in Memphis, TN in 1990. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years with the last 8 years being in plastic surgery. She currently is the acting senior medical assistant, Clinical Director, and Patient Coordinator. She will be the first person that you meet when coming in for a surgical or non-surgical procedure. She is the ‘go-to person’ for any questions you may have at your consult, before your surgery or in-office procedure, or after surgery and during your recovery.

Stacey thrives on making the patient experience unforgettable at Northside Plastic Surgery. She is an expert at keeping the clinic running on time. With her seasoned experience, Stacey has become a perfect liaison between patients and the various facets of Dr. Majmundar’s expertise.
Aquita Chapman, RN – OR Manager
Aquita is a highly experienced and licensed member of the Surgery Center. She works closely with each physician to ensure that surgical instruments and medical supplies meet the highest standards. In addition, because the surgery center is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). She is responsible for the surgery center meeting or exceeding national accreditation standards.
Greater Atlanta Plastic Surgery Center makes patient safety its primary focus and, as such, has undergone the stringent AAAASF accreditation to add a layer of assurance to patients. As an AAAASF-accredited facility, we have taken additional steps to foster a safe environment for your healthcare. Greater Atlanta Plastic Surgery Center must pass a rigorous evaluation process and comply with 100 percent of AAAASF standards for patient safety.
“Patient safety is an ongoing effort. To stay accredited, our facility must complete periodic self-surveys as well as undergo formal onsite re-surveys by a qualified third-party surveyor. Greater Atlanta Plastic Surgery Center also partakes in a peer review process in which other active members within the outpatient health care profession conduct a review of the center. An accredited facility demonstrates compliance with AAAASF’s strict requirements for the facility, as well as its directors, physicians, medical specialists, and others.”
Leigh Ann Arnold – Surgical & Credentialing Coordinator, Surgical Assistant
Leigh Ann Arnold, CST, FA, graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Management, and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian from High-Tech Institute/Anthem College with an Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology. Leigh Ann was elected a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
Leigh Ann has worked in the medical field since 1998 with the last 10 years being in plastic surgery. She does surgery scheduling for the practice and surgery center, and performs as a medical assistant. Leigh Ann credentials all medical staff coming in to the surgery center and is the senior surgical tech/assistant in the surgery center.

Cynthia Evans – Licensed Medical Esthetician
Cynthia, a graduate of Paul Mitchell Schools, is originally from South Carolina where she began acquiring her esthetic skills. She relocated to beautiful Atlanta several years ago, bringing along many years of experience ranging from adolescence to seniors and from day spas to the medical field.
She has continued her education and is certified with the Georgia Composite Medical Board as a laser Practitioner. In addition, Cynthia has certification in Ultherapy, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Exfoliations, Ultrasonic For Rejuvenation and Acne along with Microdermabrasion. She truly enjoys learning new, innovative treatments and techniques.
As a baby-boomer herself, Cynthia was not taught the importance of protecting her skin from damaging UV rays. This resulted in non-favorable skin conditions which ignited her passion for skincare. She thrives on helping others correct their skincare concerns while educating them as well to boost their self-esteem. This experience of beauty within the lovely environment of our practice compliments Cynthia’s nurturing nature.
Travis Keller – Licensed Medical Esthetician
Travis started his career with an interest in modeling and acting, which led him to an interest in Skin and Body Aesthetics, where he began his studies to graduate as a Medical Esthetician, Laser Practitioner in Spring of 2000.
Upon graduating he has received several certifications and successfully completed courses in Chemistry, Advanced Skin Analysis & Skin Treatments. Taking on a more Medical Aesthetic approach has led Travis to Advanced Training on laser hair removal, broad spectrum light, laser peeling, ultrasound and radio frequency skin tightening, as well as body contouring with cryolipolysis and radio frequency.
Travis keeps up-to-date with the newest technology by attending continuing education seminars. Because continuing education is important to him, he always makes it an effort to continue to make his clients look and feel their absolute best! Travis is passionate about providing exceptional skin and body services to the clients with over 17 years of experience in this industry. He delivers highly advanced medical skin and body treatments with an extensive use of medical devices and skincare lines to achieve a beautiful, healthy body.
He specializes in analyzing skin and determining each person’s unique needs with corrective skin care for people of all ages. He is proficient in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL, as well as skin resurfacing treatments. He believes in sharing his knowledge and educating his clients in order to achieve their ultimate goal.
Tiffany Dillard – Patient Coordinator
Before coming to Northside Plastic Surgery, Tiffany was the Assistant Medical Coordinator at a vein clinic and Medspa and then a Medical Records Coordinator. She is an EMR and IT go-to person at an internal medicine practice and serves as a IT resource for Northside Plastic Surgery. Her background in aesthetics paved a natural transition into facial plastic surgery. She has worked all aspects of a medical office from administration in the front office to hands on in the back office. Tiffany loves having her hands in all aspects of the practice. Her cheerful voice is the first you hear when you call to book an appointment and her glowing smile is the last you see after you check out. She gracefully juggles the phone, takes care of patients as they check out, assists in any administrative duties, and helps in marketing.

Debbie Bernstein – Front Desk Coordinator
Debbie attended the University of Denver biology program, and has worked in the medical field encompassing many roles. She is a licensed dental assistant, and has worked in internal medicine, cardiology, and pediatrics. After living in San Francisco and New York, she moved to Georgia and developed her interest in dermatology and plastic surgery.
“I have chosen this career because I love helping people; whether it be assisting the doctors and staff with their needs or helping patients schedule appointments. I also love this field because it is always changing and growing; which means there is always something to learn. If I can help people feel better about themselves or boost their self-esteem all while learning, I consider this my dream job.
Our team at Northside Plastic Surgery welcomes and walks our patients through every step of their visit. Starting with a friendly voice when they schedule their appointment, directions and a welcome letter, a warm greeting and customized beverage upon arrival. We coordinate one on one time with Dr. Majmundar and the medical staff, and with a patient coordinator who creates a custom itemized quote for their procedures and a personal escort to check-out answering any questions along the way. The patient visit ends with one on one time with our scheduler who assists in their purchases, reminders and surgery dates.
When I’m not at work I enjoy my free time playing tennis, spending time at Lake Lanier with my husband, children and friends.”
