I’m not making New Year’s resolutions this year.
Instead, I’ve decided to set a few goals and, here’s the hard part, allow myself to start slowly and not beat myself up for breaking a “resolution” after the initial week. I’m not a failure if I don’t exercise EVERY day. Starting to exercise ( maybe just a walk that I fit in two times this week) will be enough. (Repeat statement 10 more times).
