Natural Liquid Eyelid Lift

An in-office procedure that takes less than 30 minutes to perform, the Natural Liquid Eyelid lift addresses the hollowing under the lower eyelids frequently known as dark circles. This procedure restores the youthful contour between the eyelid skin and the cheek providing a natural lift and transition between the two regions.

Dark circles are generally the result of two factors: bulging fat or ‘lower eyelid puffiness’ under the eye and loss of volume along the bone just below the eyelid creating a dark circle or ‘tear trough’ that makes us look ‘tired’, ‘unrested’, or ‘sad’. Using thin fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, or Perlane, Dr. Majmundar gently adds volume to this region smoothing the harsh shadow between the lower eyelid and the cheek creating a more youthful and natural eyelid without any surgery.

Patients should refrain from all aspirin and aspirin containing products as well as any anti-inflammatory agents such as ibuprofen for a minimum of 7 days prior to treatment.

As with all fillers, patients may experience temporary redness, swelling, or bruising. You will be provided with an ice pack after your treatment to use the remainder of the day and asked not to manipulate the treated areas with your fingers. You may use your makeup and sunscreen immediately after treatment. (TOP)
